The band is chain and near-chain stock, rooms from the 150-yuan line into the low 400s, and it is the base that makes the rest of the county work: a government hotel-service listing for one of its houses puts the county bus station at 2.2 kilometres and seven minutes, the Qixianling forest park at 14 kilometres and 25 minutes, the rainforest gate at 31 kilometres and 33 minutes, and Binglanggu at 37 kilometres and 43 minutes.
Two houses carry official weight. The Tianyi boutique hotel, on Chengnan Ring Road, is one of the few county hotels the government’s own hotel-service page lists: 86 rooms in all, with restaurants, meeting space, a business centre, a multimedia hall and card rooms under one roof. The Vienna International, the Vienna centre branch on Wenming North Road, opened in 2020 by its platform attribute page – the one opening year in this band with a source – and reads 4.8 from 379 yuan on Tongcheng and 4.7 across 1,118 Ctrip reviews, with guests photographing the Seven Fairy ridge from the corridor; the brand brings a pool, a water park, robot service and a gym. The Days hotel on Baoxing East Road by the dam bridge reads 4.4 from 396 yuan on Tongcheng, and the platform files the same address under a second shelf name, the Days hot-spring hotel, at 4.5 across 1,524 Ctrip reviews near Seven Fairy Square with an outdoor pool, a gym, card rooms and a tea room. What the band is not is a resort. There is one pool worth the name, at the Vienna’s water park and the Days’ outdoor tank; the rest is smart-room kit, cinema projectors, charging points and proximity. Its virtue is position: a guest here can do a Seven Fairy sunrise, come down for a county-town lunch and be at the rainforest gate in half an hour, and the county bus station runs to Sanya every thirty minutes at 42 yuan and to Haikou on the central-route express coach in about three hours twenty. The town’s landmarks – Seven Fairy Square and its culture-and-sports park, the cinema, Xiandu Square – sit within a walk of most of these doors.
What the Rooms Are Like
Room counts are published for almost none of these houses, and opening years for none but the 2020 Vienna, so this article prints neither beyond the Tianyi’s official 86 rooms. Address. The band runs the county town’s main streets: the Tianyi on Chengnan Ring Road, the Vienna on Wenming North Road, the Days on Baoxing East Road at the dam bridge, the smart cluster on Xinmin Road, the Xingdu on Xinxing Road, and the Qixian Riverside at number 1 Baocheng Wenquan South Road. Pin by the street and the house name, and treat the two Days shelf names as one door.
Rooms. Book the room shape rather than the shelf name: a projection or cinema room where one exists, a twin or a king everywhere, a pet-friendly room at the Xinghe, a pool-side stay at the Vienna or the Days. No published room counts exist for these houses, so ask for the category and confirm breakfast – the county town is cheap enough that the difference matters.
Getting there. No railway station serves the county; the practical railheads are 三亚站 Sānyà Zhàn, Sanya station, about 74 kilometres and an hour by the county’s 2019 figure, and 陵水站 Língshuǐ Zhàn, Lingshui station, about 45 kilometres and 56 minutes by a platform snapshot. By air, Phoenix airport is about 80 kilometres and an hour and seven minutes by the same county figure. By car, leave the Wuzhishan-Baoting-Haitangwan Expressway, expressway S10, at the Baocheng interchange and you are on the town’s main streets; the S10’s Baoting stretch opened on 31 December 2020 and the full line on 26 March 2021. By bus, the county station sends a coach to Sanya every thirty minutes at 42 yuan and runs the central-route express to Haikou in about three hours twenty; in town, route 2 goes to the Qixianling hot-spring resort and the Ting-haoyou loop starts here. Where to stay: the Vienna if the ridge view from the corridor and the pool are worth the top of the band, the Days if an outdoor tank and a riverside address matter, the Tianyi if the government-listed 86-room house is the safer pick, and the smart cluster on Xinmin Road if a 150-to-300-yuan room is the plan – all in 保城镇 Bǎochéng Zhèn, the county seat under the 七仙岭 Qīxiānlǐng skyline.
