正文：东台住宿 Dōngtái Zhùsù the Dongtai stays split between two rhythms – the county seat with its business hotels and fish-soup-noodle mornings, and Xixi ancient town on the western edge where pagoda, temple and water keep an older tempo. Dongtai is the natural base for Tiaozini’s World Heritage flats an hour east, and the town rewards the overnight: evening light on the Xixi towers, breakfast bowls of the county’s famous broth noodles, and a coastal run that starts ahead of the day-trip coaches. Stay by Xixi for the evening streets and snacks, or in the county centre for cheaper business rooms near the station.
Xixi owns the evenings. The ancient town runs its lit walk along the water – pagoda lit above the temple roofs, snack streets busy past dinner, and the hotels inside the quarter small enough that the lanes go quiet by ten. Morning is for the noodle shops: the fish-soup breakfast is worth planning a stay around.
The Stays
The business tier is the county-center hotels: plain twins, strong showers, prices that leave budget for the food, and parking for the coast drive – the practical pick.
The character tier is the Xixi quarter’s inns and boutique rooms: timber balconies over the water, temple-bell mornings, and the snack lanes under the windows – the atmosphere pick.
The value tier is the station-side properties: functional rooms, friendly desks, and the earliest breakfast hours for tide-table days – the schedule pick.

The Stays
