The bay bed of this batch is apartment country. 龙栖湾 Lóngqī Wān, Longqi Bay, lies off 九所镇 Jiǔsuǒ Zhèn, Jiusuo Town, at the southern end of 乐东黎族自治县 Lèdōng Lí Zú Zìzhì Xiàn, Ledong Li Autonomous County, where the county runs towards Sanya – the bay body crosses the boundary into 三亚市崖州区 Sānyà Shì Yázhōu Qū, Sanya’s Yazhou district, which is why a few property addresses read for both. It is the southernmost and the most Sanya-facing of the county’s three bays, and its beds are not resorts: they are sea-view holiday apartments, long-stay flats and a pair of business houses, from about 82 yuan in the Jiusuo new-district lanes to a Ramada Encore in the low 200s. The railway frame matters more here than anywhere else in the county, and it is set out in full under Getting there – one stop is real and two are not.
Two houses anchor the band, and both are new. 乐东九所泊云华美达安可酒店, the Ramada Encore by Wyndham Ledong Jiusuo at the Ledong station branch, opened in 2022 with 100 rooms, is read as a four-star by Ctrip and an upscale house by Tongcheng, carries an outdoor pool, a hot-spring pool, a gym, a card room and a reading room, and puts a kitchen in the rooms; the October 2026 snapshot reads 4.4 across 266 Ctrip reviews from 214 yuan, against 4.6 from 267 on Tongcheng, and the house’s own line puts the expressway exit about two minutes away, 乐东站 Lèdōng Zhàn, Ledong station, about five, and Phoenix airport about fifty. Its phone is 0898-38386868 and its address is on G540, about ninety metres south-west of the Shanhaiwan hot-spring compound. The second is 乐东迎宾馆, the Ledong Guest House at the high-speed-rail branch, opened in 2021 and read as three-star or comfort class: 4.4 across 464 Ctrip reviews from 240 yuan, 4.6 from 267 on Tongcheng, more than 100 rooms on a 33,000-square-metre site with a 15,600-square-metre building, Chinese and Western dining, six private dining rooms, a tea room and a badminton hall. Its name is a trap worth naming: it is not in the county seat of 抱由镇 Bàoyóu Zhèn at all but in Jiusuo’s new district on 九龙大道 Jiǔlóng Dàdào, Jiulong Avenue, beside the Jiabao plaza, about 1.6 kilometres and a twenty-four-minute walk from Ledong station.
The apartments carry the rest, and they are the reason a long stay works here. 乐东尊旅泰格玛海景度假公寓 sits in the 山海韵龙栖湾 estate and is carried by the provincial tourism platform with its own line of about half an hour to Sanya, twenty minutes to the station and fifteen to the county town. 龙栖湾观海宿公寓, in building one of the 美丽渔村 development, runs from 184 yuan with two- and three-bedroom all-sea-view suites and a kitchen. 乐东我度假公寓, in the same 山海韵龙栖湾 estate, opened in 2019 and puts Ledong station 12.1 kilometres and about twenty-three minutes away and Phoenix airport 50.3 kilometres and about sixty-four minutes, with an outdoor pool and a public beach; 乐东日落海边民宿 and its 诺亚方舟 villa sibling fill the same shoreline. Behind them the 九所新区 lanes near the station hold the deepest-value stock in the county: 宜和居品质民宿 1,362 metres from the platform, and a row of city guesthouses such as 大猫 649, 可心 and 玖喜小居 beside hotels at 龙栖阳光 for 154 yuan, 辰星民宿 for 82 to 104, 满满民宿 for 83, 真诚民宿 for 108, 翔晨民宿 for 114, 东晨民宿 for 118, 九所通顺旅租 for 128, 侯鸟康公寓 for 147, 幸福里 Family for 172 to 269 and 聚圆假日宾馆 for 181.
Two marketing lines travel with this bay and neither is printed here as fact. The hotels’ blurbs call 九所镇 Jiǔsuǒ Zhèn a little Sanya and sell the coast as one of the few places at 18 degrees north outside the resort city itself, which this article records as the trade’s own phrasing rather than a measurement; the geography that can be checked is simpler, a south-facing shore under the 尖峰岭 Jiānfēnglǐng rain-shield, close enough to Sanya that the drive is counted in tens of minutes. The other line is the railway, and it is the one part of the frame a guest can be misled by: the 三乐旅游铁路 Sānlè Lǚyóu Tiělù tourist railway from Sanya has two stations planned at this bay, 龙栖湾东站 and 龙栖湾西站, and both are reserved and unbuilt, so no one can board at Longqi Bay today. The working plan is Ledong station in Jiusuo, five minutes from the Ramada and a short drive from the apartment estates, and from there the county’s three west-ring stops do the rest.
What the Rooms Are Like
Choose by the length of the stay. A hotel room at the Ramada Encore or the Guest House is a night or two with a pool and a desk; an apartment in the 山海韵龙栖湾 or 美丽渔村 estates is a week or a season with a kitchen, a washing machine and a sea view from a balcony, which is what most of the beds here actually are. Room counts are published for the two hotels, 100 at the Ramada and more than 100 at the Guest House, and for almost none of the apartments, so ask for the floor and the aspect rather than a category name. The lanes near the station are the cheapest and the plainest: a strand of city guesthouses and long-let rooms where 82 yuan is a real price, and where the trade is local families and winter long-stayers rather than holidaymakers.

Price. On 2 October 2026 the snapshot read: the Ramada Encore from 214 yuan on Ctrip (4.4 across 266) against 267 on Tongcheng, the Guest House from 240 on Ctrip (4.4 across 464) against 267 on Tongcheng, 龙栖湾观海宿公寓 from 184, and the Jiusuo new-district lanes from 82 yuan at 辰星民宿 up through 满满 83, 真诚 108, 翔晨 114, 东晨 118, 通顺旅租 128, 海景公寓 129, 侯鸟康公寓 147, 龙栖阳光 154, 聚圆 181 and 幸福里 Family 172 to 269. The band is roughly 82 to 269 yuan, with the two houses at the top of it. Every figure is a snapshot that floats.
Address. Pin by the bay and the estate: the Ramada Encore on G540 about ninety metres south-west of the Shanhaiwan hot-spring compound (0898-38386868), the Guest House on 九龙大道 Jiǔlóng Dàdào, Jiulong Avenue, beside the Jiabao plaza in Jiusuo’s new district, the apartment estates at 山海韵龙栖湾 and 美丽渔村, and the guesthouse lanes within about two kilometres of 乐东站 Lèdōng Zhàn, Ledong station. The Guest House is in Jiusuo, not in the county seat, whatever its name suggests.
Rooms. Match the room to the trip: a hotel room with a pool at the Ramada or the Guest House for a short stay, a two- or three-bedroom sea-view apartment with a kitchen for a long one, and a plain guesthouse room near the station for the lowest price. Ask whether the apartment block has its own pool and beach access, since some do and some do not, and confirm the distance to the water, because a sea-view estate can sit a kilometre or more back from the sand.
Getting there. This is the county’s railway heart and the frame needs care. Ledong sits on the 海南西环高铁 Hǎinán Xīhuán Gāotiě, the Hainan West Ring high-speed railway, whose three Ledong stops all opened on 30 December 2015: 乐东站 Lèdōng Zhàn in 九所镇坡子村 Jiǔsuǒ Zhèn Pózǐ Cūn, Pozai village in Jiusuo Town, 黄流站 Huángliú Zhàn in Huangliu, and 尖峰站 Jiānfēng Zhàn in Foluo. The 三乐旅游铁路 Sānlè Lǚyóu Tiělù tourist railway from Sanya opened on 16 November 2024 and uses those three as its existing Ledong stops, running up to thirty-six trains a day with QR boarding, and its terminus is 尖峰北站 Jiānfēngběi Zhàn, Jianfeng North station, in 尖峰镇岭头村, a different station from 尖峰站 and not the same place under two names. For Longqi Bay, board at 乐东站 Lèdōng Zhàn, which sits about five minutes from the Ramada and ten to twelve kilometres from the main apartment estates by platform snapshots, with the new-district lanes one to three kilometres out. From there 乐东站 runs to 三亚 Sānyà about thirty-five minutes for 26 yuan and to Phoenix airport about twenty-six minutes for 23 yuan; by car, the G98 Jiusuo and Ledong interchanges and the G225 put Jiusuo about fifty kilometres and fifty to sixty-four minutes from the airport. The two bayside stations have no trains and never have; everything else is a snapshot to check against navigation.
Where to stay: a sea-view apartment with a kitchen in 山海韵龙栖湾 or 美丽渔村 if the trip is a long one, a room with a pool at the Ramada Encore or the Ledong Guest House if a short stay wants a front desk, and a plain guesthouse room in the lanes near 乐东站 if 82 to 150 yuan is the budget – all at 九所镇 Jiǔsuǒ Zhèn, on 龙栖湾 Lóngqī Wān, the county’s Sanya-facing bay.
flowcloud would say that a bay sold as a little Sanya has quietly become something better for a long stay, a shore where the beds come with kitchens and the station is minutes away, and that the correct way to sleep here is in a high-floor flat facing the water on a monthly let, because the trade this coast really does well is not the weekend but the winter.
