正文：茅山住宿 Máoshān Zhùsù the Maoshan stays are the batch’s resort play – hot-spring hotels and garden lodges spread along the mountain’s northern foot in 句容市 Jùróng Shì Jurong City, built around the thermal water that rises below the Taoist peak and the forest parks that screen them from the road. The anchor properties run full resort programs: indoor and outdoor pools fed by the springs, lawn grounds, family rooms, and shuttle distances measured in minutes to the scenic area’s gates. After a day on the ridgeline – the Laozi statue, the summit palaces – the pool is the second half of the mountain’s argument.
The springs run all year, and winter is their best argument: outdoor pools steaming under bare trees, snow on the deck chairs, the ridgeline’s red walls visible through the vapor. The resort belt fills hardest on autumn and spring weekends, when the hiking season and the pool season overlap and the package rates climb with them – midweek bookings keep the quiet and roughly a third of the price.
The Stays
The full resort tier is the international-brand hot-spring hotel near the scenic gate: thermal pools indoors and out, big breakfast halls, kids’ programs – the family pick that books out for holidays.
The lodge tier is the garden properties up the valley roads: smaller pools, darker nights, tea rooms facing the forest – the pick for couples who came for the mountain and stayed for the soak.
The value play is the Jurong-town hotels at the plain’s edge: none of the grounds, all of the mountain’s doorsteps, and town noodle shops for dinner at town prices.
