正文：开发区住宿 Kāifāqū Zhùsù the development-zone stays serve the business side of Nantong – the wide avenues, industrial parks and exhibition venues east and south of the old city. Hotels here are newer, taller and more predictable: international mid-scale brands, local full-service towers and serviced apartments, with parking, meeting rooms and desks sized for laptops. The trade is distance from the Haohe quarter, which is a twenty-minute ride rather than a walk.

The district is built for schedules. Wide roads, lit facades, short taxi rides to the plants and the port-side offices, and breakfast halls that open early for site visits. Evenings are quiet; the riverfront promenades and the newer malls supply what nightlife there is.

The workhorse tier is the mid-scale chain blocks along the main avenues: efficient twins, reliable desks, and a breakfast buffet that starts before seven – the function pick for a working trip.

The character tier is the newer boutique floors with apartment-style rooms: kitchenettes, a separate sitting area, and weekly rates – the choice for longer assignments.
