The lakeside bed of this batch lies in the county’s west. 七坊镇 Qīfāng Zhèn, Qifang Town, is where the Zhonghe group built two parks with Li names a few kilometres apart: 圣哒哒 Shèngdādā, Shengdada Lakeside Park – literally so-beautiful in Li – on the shore of Egret Lake, the Nanyang reservoir, and 阿罗多甘 Āluóduōgān, Aluoduogan – auspicious happiness – the shared farm in the rubber woods nearby. The park is free and the lake runs more than 800 mu of flat water; the beds are the standalone log cabins of the Boyue Hotel inside the farm, from 309 yuan a night, and the two make one plan: egrets and boardwalks by day, a cabin in the trees by night.
The park’s numbers are gentle ones. It is a national 2A scenic area – some platform posts upgrade it to 3A, and no official line backs them, so this article prints the 2A – covering about a thousand mu in all: 150 mu of park, more than 800 mu of lake, forest cover of 83.7 per cent, free entry from 8:00 to 18:00. Around the shore sit grass pavilions, a golf driving range, a bougainvillea park, a yacht marina and a water park, some twenty named sights with egret-watching-on-the-calm-lake among them; the China Art Photography Society keeps a creation base here, and the town’s average annual temperature reads 22.7 degrees. One correction belongs in every plan: the wooden huts along the shore are park scenery, not rooms – no listing sells a night in them – and the bed of this article is in the farm.
The farm is the older project by its paperwork. Aluoduogan broke ground on 11 November 2016, invested by a Zhonghe subsidiary with modern-agriculture partners drawn from a British group and a Shandong agricultural college, and on 27 November 2017 it was approved in the first batch of Hainan’s shared-farm pilot units. Its plan covers about 4,678 mu with some 250 million yuan behind it, phase one about 437 mu on the county’s figure – a news-agency account prints 500-odd, and the county line travels here – laid out as a Qifang Li hamlet with a water street and its seven traditional workshops, a Shanlan rice-field art park, style hamlets of bamboo, rubber, flower and coconut villages under one-village-one-product-one-theme, and a fairy-tale farm zone. Built and working today: the wooden-cabin hotel, restaurants, an eco ranch, fruit and vegetable bases and the boardwalks.
What the Rooms Are Like
The Boyue Hotel’s cabins are the batch’s most characterful bed list. Eleven-plus room types run through the log-cabin stock: elegant and premium king and twin cabins, a luxury king, an honour twin with a mahjong table, business twin-bunk cuts for working groups, a two-bedroom suite for families, and a negative-ion therapy king at the wellness end. The platform snapshot reads 4.9 on Tongcheng from 309 yuan and 4.9 across 67 Ctrip reviews with every sub-score at 4.9; the guest notes are specific – the grounds gate is locked at night and guests sleep better for it, the hostess walks you to your cabin and helps pick it, and after rain the fix for cabin humidity is air-conditioning plus an open window. The farm allows campfires and own tents with power, rents bicycles free, and takes pets; the Xinghe-Luqi eco restaurant feeds the grounds.
Practicalities
Price. On 1 October 2026 the snapshot read: from 309 yuan a night for a standalone cabin (Tongcheng 4.9, Ctrip 4.9 across 67); the lakeside park itself is free. Festival weekends firm the cabin rates. Every figure is a snapshot that floats.

Rooms. Book the cabin type by name – the mahjong twin, the two-bedroom suite and the therapy king are different buildings’ worth of plan. Confirm the pet policy when the dog travels, and take the air-conditioning-plus-window trick at face value after rain.
Getting there. Qifang has its own line to Haikou: the town-to-Haikou-East intercity shuttle, running since 11 February 2026, hourly from 6:00 to 18:30 at the promotional 78 yuan (list 98). From Baisha county town the drive is about forty minutes with taxis quoting 50 to 100 – platform figures; navigate – on the ring tourism highway that threads Qifang among its six townships; from Danzhou, expressway S11 to the county town and the ring highway on. Where to stay: a premium king cabin if the rubber-woods quiet is the holiday, the two-bedroom suite if the family outranks the trees, and the mahjong twin if the evenings need a table of their own – all inside the Aluoduogan shared farm, 2.6 kilometres from the free shores of Shengdada Lakeside Park in 七坊镇 Qīfāng Zhèn.
