正文：乌尔禾住宿 Wū’ěrhé Zhùsù the Urho stays put you beside the yardang badlands themselves – the small oasis town of 乌尔禾区 Wū’ěrhé Qū Urho District, a hundred kilometres north of central 克拉玛依市 Kèlāmǎyī Shì Karamay City, where the 世界魔鬼城 Shìjiè Móguǐ Chéng Ghost City gate, the oil wells and the egg-producing farms share one stretch of gobi green. The register is homestead: mud-brick-styled guesthouses with courtyards, simple district hotels, and guest farms where dinner is the owner’s own lamb. Staying overnight buys the yardangs’ two secret hours – the sunset loop after the shuttles thin out, and the moaning wind after dark that named the place – without the hundred-kilometre drive back.
The guesthouse rows carry the town’s character: adobe-toned facades, courtyard breakfasts, and host drivers who know the scenic area’s gate timetable by season. Some properties run camel partners and night-photo tips; the whole town turns over early, because sunrise belongs to the yardangs.
