The 天生城文旅街区 Tiānshēngchéng wénhuà jiēqū is a Song-era anti-Mongol cliff town rebuilt as stilt-house (吊脚楼 diàojiǎolóu) lanes with a night light show, free to enter, and often called Wanzhou’s answer to Hongyadong. Staying here puts you among the lantern-lit lanes above the old walls, steps from the grilled-fish street.

The block climbs the hillside in tiers of timber-framed buildings, their eaves strung with lanterns after dark. A night light show plays across the reconstructed facades, and the whole area is open to walk without a ticket.

A stay here is about atmosphere more than amenity: you step out into the lanes, descend toward the grilled-fish street for dinner, and look back up at the glowing cliff town. It is compact, walkable, and unmistakably Wanzhou.
