Sleep in the President’s Town: Stays of Xikou

The mountain layer trades town convenience for height – lodges near 雪窦寺 Xuědòu Sì Xuedou Temple wake inside cloud, and the waterfall trails start from the door. Down in town, the family inns around the old streets serve the kind of breakfast that explains the town’s taro shops: something hot, something pickled, always tea.
